My wife and I have had issues for years with a "drip" noise in our ductwork that would keep us both up at night. After having several HVAC professionals & plumbers out to take a look to no avail, Chris was able to trace the problem to a lack of insulation that allowed cold air to penetrate the house. He was able to seal up the problem areas and immediately the duct area and vent heated back up to normal levels and the popping sound decreased dramatically! I can't recommend Chris enough. He held true to his guarantee to fix the problem and waived his minimum charge after hearing about all the issues we've been facing.
